Happy September! The Purbeck Nordic Walking Festival is finally here!   I am so excited for those of our members that are enjoying a huge range of activities for a whole weekend with like-minded people!

Please get in touch if you would like me to review your goals with you on a One to One. The Healthy Living Programme in September is a fantastic opportunity to add a variety of exercise and healthy nutrition to your Nordic Walking, we will have accountability and support throughout all of the sessions. It certainly worked well in Spring, participants lost weight, inches and gained lots of energy.

We also have a Buggy Walk starting for young parents with their little one, I am really happy about this as it will be a great and sociable way to get fit again. To check out the course visit

Bring a Friend for free is back in September! Bring a friend when you book on tasters, Learn To Nordic Walk, Adventure or Wellbeing walks. This is a great opportunity for you to share the benefits and the magic of Nordic Walking with your favourite people, or even just a chance to catch up with them whilst on a lovely countryside walk. Just book your place and let me know they are coming, please ask them to create their free profile and most importantly to complete their health questionnaire!

Six Weeks to Healthy Living Programme

Starts 19th Sept 2019: After the success of our last two courses where people lost inches and pounds, increased their body strength and flexibility, it was requested to run this course again, this time in the great outdoors. I have also revised the sessions a little to make some extra room for circuits and nutrition besides the fitness element.
